Individual Therapy
Crosby provides individual in-person and telehealth therapy services for individuals 13 and up.
Crosby has experience working with anxiety, relationship issues, depression, personality disorders, stress management, health and wellness, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, life transitions, trauma, self-harm and suicidal ideation.
Crosby utilizes a holistic approach tailored to meet each individual client’s needs. Crosby utilizes techniques from Mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, Attachment Theory, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Somatic Therapy techniques.

Trauma Therapy
Crosby specializes in trauma-informed therapy, using highly effective and evidence based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting to support clients in their healing journey. These methods are especially effective for resolving the lingering effects of trauma, anxiety and stress by accessing the brain’s natural ability to process and integrate difficult experiences. Clients are able to find relief from negative symptoms and also reconnect with their strengths, values and sense of wholeness.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy
Crosby provides individual DBT sessions for adolescents and adults.
DBT is a comprehensive, evidence-based therapy that focuses on strengthening emotion regulation skills, interpersonal effectiveness skills, and distress tolerance.
DBT has proven to be effective in treating and managing a range of mental health conditions including: borderline personality disorder (BPD), anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-harm, suicidal behaviors, substance use disorders, and Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
